At Tamborine Mountain Glades, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy the beauty, tranquillity, and experiences our venue has to offer – without barriers. In July 2024, we proudly adopted a formal Access and Inclusion Plan, developed in collaboration with Spinal Life Australia, to ensure our facilities and services meet contemporary best-practice standards. This plan outlines a clear path forward as we work to implement a range of accessibility improvements across our property. We are committed to ongoing progress, actively working through each recommendation with a mindset of continuous improvement and inclusive growth. We invite you to explore how we’re making Tamborine Mountain Glades more accessible and welcoming for all.
We are proud to be a registered member of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower initiative, a globally recognised program that supports individuals with non-visible disabilities. Through our partnership with Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, our team has access to specialised training and resources designed to increase awareness, empathy, and support for guests with hidden disabilities. This commitment allows us to create a more inclusive and understanding environment where every guest feels seen, respected, and supported during their visit.
