Experience the Scenic Rim—and Tamborine Mountain Glades—from a whole new perspective with a private flight aboard one of Bekaa Air’s prestigious helicopters. Your pilot will warmly welcome you, provide ample time for photos, and conduct a safety briefing before you board and take off from Tamborine Mountain Glades, ready to embark on an unforgettable aerial adventure.
This journey will take you up over the Tamborine Range, tracking east for Surfers Paradise. When you reach the ocean, you will be at 1000ft as you soar southbound alongside the Gold Coast city skyline. Overhead the canals of Mermaid Waters, you’ll make a right hand turn, where you will be able to see Mount Warning in New South Wales, before tracking back toward Tamborine Mountain and returning to Tamborine Mountain Glades.

This extended scenic tour begins similarly to the Gold Coast Secrets: east toward the ocean, south alongside the Gold Coast towers, and a similar right hand turn overhead Mermaid Waters. We’ll then continue west across to Advancetown Lake and Canungra and climb up to cross the Scenic Rim, where the green of the hinterlands has to be seen to be believed. On your path back to Tamborine Mountain Glades, you’ll have the most exceptional birds’ eye view of valleys below, with Brisbane in the north, and perhaps even lucky enough to spot the Glasshouse Mountains from this vantage point!
