  • We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our growing kitchen team. This is a hands-on role preparing and presenting high-quality meals across our café, restaurant, weddings, conferences and events — working closely with the Head Chef to maintain exceptional food quality, consistency and standards.

    • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard
    • Assisting with menu preparation and seasonal menu development
    • Maintaining food quality, consistency and presentation standards
    • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
    • Managing stock rotation, storage and inventory control
    • Supporting the training and development of junior kitchen staff
    • Contributing to efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods
    • Assisting with functions, weddings, conferences and special events
    • Relevant trade qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
    • Previous experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
    • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • A positive attitude and team-focused approach
    • Pride in producing quality food and guest experiences
    • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays

    Experience across café, restaurant, functions or events will be highly regarded.

  • We're looking for a warm and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service from check-in to check-out, ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed and well looked after.

    • Managing guest check-in and check-out with warmth and efficiency
    • Handling reservation enquiries via phone, email and in-person
    • Providing accurate information about the property, packages and activities
    • Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records
    • Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments
    • Handling guest feedback professionally and promptly
    • Previous front desk or guest services experience in hospitality
    • Warm, professional communication style in person and over the phone
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Comfortable with property management systems (experience with RMS or similar preferred)
    • Flexibility to work rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

  • We're looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our day shift housekeeping team. You'll maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our accommodation and event spaces, and support the development of your team.

    • Supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team during day shifts
    • Maintaining and inspecting room and common area standards
    • Training and developing housekeeping team members
    • Managing linen, supplies and stock levels
    • Liaising with reception and maintenance on room status and special requirements
    • Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel or resort environment
    • Strong attention to detail and high personal presentation standards
    • Reliable, organised and able to lead a team effectively
    • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

  • We're looking for reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Members to join our accommodation team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our guests experience a beautifully presented and welcoming space throughout their stay.

    • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, suites and common areas to a high standard
    • Turning over rooms efficiently between guest stays
    • Replenishing amenities and linen as required
    • Reporting any maintenance issues promptly
    • Working as part of a cooperative and supportive team
    • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not essential — we will train the right person
    • Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
    • Physical stamina and attention to detail
    • Availability to work weekends and public holidays

  • We're looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our restaurant and events team. You'll deliver warm, attentive service across our restaurant, café, weddings and functions — contributing to the exceptional guest experience TMG is known for.

    • Delivering attentive table and beverage service in the restaurant and at events
    • Assisting with event setup and pack-down
    • Maintaining a clean and well-presented service area
    • Working confidently with point-of-sale systems
    • Upselling menu items and experiences where appropriate
    • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
    • Previous F&B experience preferred
    • Warm, friendly approach to guest service
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
